1/30/11 - RETIRED - 1099rs have been mailed. If you do not receive your 1099r in the next couple of weeks you can use the following form Request a Duplicate 1099rto get a copy.
Note: APERS will not accept requests for duplicates until February 13th, 2012.

1/12/12 -ACTIVE - As APERS starts a new Seminar Year, we wish to remind you of the policy for "Use of Leave to Attend a Retirement Seminar" established by Office of Personnel Management.

APERS received the “Recognition Award for Funding 2011” In recognition of meeting professional standards for plan funding as set forth in the Public Pension Standards.
The award was presented by The Public Pension Coordinating Council, a confederation of:
National Association of State Retirement Administrators (NASRA)
National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS)
National Council on Teacher Retirement (NCTR).

7/28/11 - RETIRED - APERS recently updated the DROP Access Portal, adding a new level of security to that area of the web site. For most people this means recreating your access account.
